  1. 01 Real Estate

You're about to buy a property and want to know if there are any issues with the documentation.

  2. 02 Real Estate

You're abroad and want to buy a property in Portugal.

  3. 03 Real Estate

You received a letter from your landlord or tenant and aren't sure how — or what — to reply.

  4. 04 Real Estate

You have a property to place on the rental market and want to minimize the risks of letting it out.

  5. 05 Inheritance

You're part of an inheritance that's been blocked for months or years, with no solution in sight.

  6. 06 Inheritance

One heir is using the estate's assets alone and refuses to hand over the property.

  7. 07 Business

You need regular legal support and predictable costs.

  8. 08 Business

Your clients refuse or avoid paying outstanding amounts for goods or services provided.
